This is the year I finally discovered self love
Out of all my dependencies coffee will be the hardest one to handle (smoked only for a year, and have been reducing alcohol last 2 years). But I'm better equipped to do it properly now, and so happy to find this sub.
39F, after 15 years of heavy caffeine drinking (at least 2 cups a day) I started to reduce since last week to one in the morning, and then reduce the intensity in the morning.
From today, I will go full decaf.
I know it will be hard and I will want to cave, but I commit to hold on and continue. I want to discover my real self without any stimulants.
Anxiety is not my personality. Bloated stomach is not my baseline. İnsomnia is not my genetics. I deserve to be healthy, sleep well, and look amazing.
Wish me luck y'all!
