I’ve noticed this old guy a few times now (about thrice a week) around Port Imperial area between Steven’s Cafe and the Ferry Station pretty regularly. Gray beard, usually wearing multiple layers/baggy clothing, mostly just walking around the neighborhood. He’s always seemed harmless from what I’ve seen.

Does anyone know if he lives / works nearby, possibly unhoused or what his story is? Just curious since I see him often. I remember seeing him last year as well sometime just sitting outside Stevens.
