Probiotic Supplement Recommendations?

Hey guys! I’m currently going through treatment for chronic Lyme and wanted to see if anybody had probiotic recommendations that have worked well for them.

I’ve finally found a routine that has helped my quality of life quite a bit, mostly based around Stephen Buhner’s herbal protocol (Japanese knotweed, cat’s claw, etc.). I’m taking a tincture blend with several of those herbs in it.

Unfortunately I had a pretty rough flare recently (because I foolishly thought I didn’t need my tincture anymore) and have been working through a herx since restarting. Right now I’ve been using oregano oil, activated charcoal, moringa, and bentonite clay as part of my detox/support routine, which has helped some.

One thing I’ve noticed though is that my gut definitely gets irritated during all of this, and probiotics seem like something I should probably add more consistently.

Does anybody have an affordable probiotic supplement they’ve personally had good results with? Preferably something relatively clean/high quality that didn’t wreck your stomach.

Appreciate any suggestions.
