So far in August we've had lots of clouds and rain. Not many sunny days which is weird. No 90 degrees days. Although it has been humid. September the past few years has been sunny and warm..even hot. Will it be the same this year or will el nino make it gloomy...rainy?

What are my options? I did 12 years at a ltc facility. Order entry, clinical trials for a few years. I've been in outpatient pharmacy for 2 years now. I kind of want to do something else. Maybe remote or hybrid. But it's so hard to get hired I've heard.
