The official store of Xiaomi in Mexico mi.com/MX is denying tax invoices for their online sales, citing a "computer glitch" between their online store and the third party invoice processor, edicomgroup.

This hurts the Mexican shoppers as the site also denies post sales service -no repairs, no returns- as the glitch makes impossible to request for assistance on shipments.

This is a heavy disappointment from the company that made things right.
