For somr background, I do not consider myself to be a casual gamer- while I do have a life and go to school, I'm very passionate about difficult games and have a large number of very difficult titles under my belt, but this game has stumped me unlike anything I have ever played.
I originally played this game in early access in 2022 and got frustrated with the balancing, and I recently picked it back up but have found myself getting hit against a wall at endgame- I have level 19 equipment all around, good stats, but no matter what I do, the enemies in The Passage, Desert of Beginnings, and Shimmering Frontier feel so unpredictable and their targeting feels almost impossible to dodge sometimes, and I just constantly die. It doesn't help that I hate losing inventory in any game, since it feels like a waste of my time to have to run back for my shit
What am I doing wrong? I'm optimizing a cool poison build, I have very efficient farms, I have very high level equipment, I'm doing my best at learning attack patterns like I do in any souls game ever, but I still can't get past anything in endgame after literal hours of grind. Is this game just poorly balanced or am I just that bad?
