Doing a pc build, need advice.

So I’ve been saving money for quite some time now and getting a high end PC. Keep in mind that this is my first build, I’ve done some research and talked to some people regarding my specs to hopefully make sure it’s all up to part. I’m in the US. I’ve gone through pc part picker and so far it’s telling me everything’s alright, though I’ve been having trouble with the fans.

Now my problem with the fans is I don’t need all of the fans with screens but I don’t really know what fans I could pair it up with to reduce the total cost without sacrificing quality. I also don’t know if you can also switch the fans on the cooler and replace them with other fans that I would prefer. So far I believe I need 10 fans, including ones to replace the coolers ones. Any advice would be appreciated on not only the fan problem but the set up as a whole.
