Ai training plan?

Hi guys, im a highschool runner that just finished his track season. Im racing the ironman lake placid on july 19th, meaning I have exactly 2 months until race day. In terms of training, ive been following my track coach's running workouts while biking and swimming on the weekends.

I dont know how to plan optimal workouts myself, so i was thinking of asking chatgpt to make me a 2 month workout plan. What do you guys think about this? If i do end up going this route, how do i make sure It makes an appropriate workout plan? Thanks!

[US] Hobby Drama Post

Hi guys, I have a request. I recently came across the sub r/hobbydrama and im intrigued, although i could not find any posts related to drones. Would someone with more knowledge than me and a higher capability in writing than be be up to the task of writing an entry in that sub, specifically related to the evolution of drones, public perspective and the crazy regulations operators may be subject to? Let me know!

Intelligence

Hi guys, Im in a low spot right now, and ive come to the conclusion that im just generally unintelligent, especially when it comes to anything math related.

I understand that this is a bad way to think and that it can easily make my situation worse, but i feel like its the only rational way to think.

Last year, I started to fail regular level math so i got bumped down to intensive (slow) math. I barely passed despite my parents paying $100 a week for tutoring. I finished the course a semester late and passed the final, but I was still behind. The previous year, i failed my physics final.

All my classes are also average and I struggle in just about all of them. The only reason i got into decent college programs was because I understood my lack of "intelligence" or skill in school, so i put a lot of my free time into improving my extracurriculars.

Im heading off to college this summer and i hear the coursework is a lot harder. My dream is to be a pilot in the air force, and that's really what I work hard for. I dont know if service academies are out of the question, but im still re applying.

My willpower is my strongest trait, but i know that will be of no help if I cant pass regular math. Any advice is appreciated. I just feel lost.

I just registered for the Orion program, and the wording makes it seem like there is a chance of not getting a slot. Is it likely that i wont get a slot? If so, how can i improve my chances? Im looking forward to this
