Not to be a prude, but I’m tired of every movie having excessive nudity and sex. Especially focusing on just women.

I’m with someone who loves film and I love watching movies with him, but I hate that most movies are full of naked people.

He doesn’t intentionally seek out movies that are sexual, but I feel like a majority of what he watches is borderline pornographic.

It makes me feel insecure, especially when he watches them alone. He always reassures me he doesn’t view the movies in a sexual way, but that does little to make me feel better.

Am I stupid for feeling like this? Or does anyone else feel the same?

I’m an art teacher in a small town, feeling extremely lonely as I moved to a new state last summer. I have not been able to make any connections at work or in general.

I moved to a small town in a new state almost a year ago and I have nothing to do / no one to talk to. All my old friends are back home and I rarely get to see them or talk to them because we’re all so busy with our jobs.
