Issues with brand new Core One L

Okay I'm throwing in the towel here. I waited 2 months to receive my Core One L. My son and I were super excited to unbox it. We got it all set up and tried to print our first benchy. It was going great and we were super impressed by the speed but then it got up to the top of the boat and the nozzle actually knocked benchy over. We assumed we did something wrong so we set it up to print again and ran through full calibration pass. Everything passed so we thought great, let's keep going. This print went worse the nozzle started digging into the print and throwing it all around the board and then started like actually scratching the board itself. We killed it and tried running calibration again, then repeat the print, failed again same failure. So we tried swapping the nozzle out, same failure again. I emailed Prusa and after 3 days someone responded asking for more details and suggesting we check a few things, which we did. Ran diagnostics and calibration again and the print failed again. Prusa offered to ship us out a new nozzle but I had already swapped the nozzle so that didn't seem like a reasonable offer. I finally got the calibration test to actually fail and it said there was a z axis error. I emailed Prusa again to tell them that and they said that they test the units and it must be user error. I'm so frustrated because I just want it to work and my son has been so patient watching failed prints over the last 30 days.

Does anyone have any advice. I woke up this morning to an email from DHL saying that Prusa had shipped me a new LoveBoard cable. But they didn't communicate with me at all about it.
