Anyone familiar with a Crown SP3020? I had a forklift tech came out charged me $240 to essentially instructed me to call Crown.
Crown requires credit application, $500 credit card deposit, $225 per hour and $100 travel fee.
Tech suspect the wheel encoder needs replacement. He said it needs replacement and reprogramming. He was going to check costs for encoder and get back to me but he disappeared.
I purchased a new encoder and replaced it but it appears to need calibration. I don’t see where reprogramming would take place.
Lift power up. Lifts up and down. All lights and fans functions.
On start up, unit attempts to cycle but stop and give a wrench display with no error codes.
Any recommendations or tech support near UCR would be greatly appreciated.
