This is what was sent out to all employees
“Vacation accrual assumes 2,080 hours worked per year (40 hours per week for 52 weeks) across all charge codes, excluding unpaid leave such as LWOP, Military leave, FMLA, and other unpaid absences. If you have unpaid leave, your vacation accrual will be reduced proportionally at your next anniversary date”
Am I mistaken to think this means Military Leave causes for someone to lose vacation time? Or am I reading this wrong. Other employees are also confused by this (employees in the Reserve and National Guard).
