Tips for first NHS visit?
I am 47 and was diagnosed with P at 17 and PsA at 30. Ive been somewhat keeping it under control with topicals scripts, skin cap, and every moisturiser under the sun, as well as general healthy living.
Lately however, I cannot seem to stop the amount of P appearing, and the best I can seem to do is reduce redness and scaling, but it never goes away.
Ive decided to go to my doctor (NHS) to see about a biologic. Any tips for the visit? I am worried they may think my case isnt severe enough for help, or I will have to get on a dangerous drug first. My brother has the same thing, much more severely, and has excellent results with Humeria.
Thanks in advance!
