Hi, My partner recently bought a 2015 Golf 1.4 TSI. When we test drove the car and on the drive home, the Bluetooth connected no issues. Then when we went to drive it the next day it would come up with the error message 'Phone Not Available' and wouldn't connect.

We tried doing a soft reset of the infotainment system, tried factory resetting the infotainment system and disconnected the battery for 20 minutes.

It did work for about 5 mins in amongst these 'fixes' but it soon dropped off again.

I have seen a YT video about a Bluetooth module under the passenger seat, but this model doesn't have that.

Any ideas for other fixes? Thanks!

(We're in the UK if that makes any difference)
