FMG from Georgia — NEET not qualified, but degree completed. Is there any way to get the NMC Eligibility Certificate for FMGE?
Hey everyone,
I just completed my medical degree from Georgia. I took admission on 24 June 2019 (just after the June 5th NMC rule change) without qualifying NEET. At the time of my admission, I was completely unaware of the qualifying criteria change.
Now I need an Eligibility Certificate (EC) to sit for the FMGE, but the NMC requires a qualified NEET scorecard for admissions after June 5, 2019.
Is there any chance, loophole, legal precedent, or court order that can help me get an EC? Please let me know if anyone else from the June 2019 batch successfully navigated this. Thank you.
