Help please everything shows 100%p&t except my letters and when I call 827-1000 shows 90%p&t

So confused and looking for help. I’m 100% p&t as of 1/2026. I have a higher level review in for effective date correction only. I’ve had an informal conference last week that went well in my opinion. I randomly logged in Saturday to print benefit verification letter for something and say my letter shows 90%P&T. I freaked out and called the 827-1000 they are showing 90%p&t but looked at my last decision letter that shows 100%p&t. Transferred me to a supervisor in which he saw the error as well and submitted a ticket to the regional office. 30-45 day response time. It did not change my monthly rate he stated which is good. He stated my HLR is pending final approval but he could not see it as it’s not approved and available in vbms yet. Can anyone help and let me know has this ever happened to you? I’m still freaking out and it’s been 1 week no answers! Thank in advance
