I have the OMEN 30L with AMD Ryzen 7 5800x. I've been trying to update whatever I can to get my online multiplayer games to work and I just can't. I get an error from the new BlackOps update that I can't play without updating my BIOS/TPM. I'm currently at version 3.58.05 and yet everytime I try to download the HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 8876), which is the most recommended solution for this issue. I get past the download and agreement, it selects a spot in my files to download and then when I agree and select, the window just dissappears and I'm still left with the same version I had before. Everything I've checkd it up to date, I've literally never had this issue before and it just started after this new update. Please tell me someone's got a fix for this. HP support is absolute garbage help.
