I have a few G-Shocks and Timexes but all of them are rugged military ones and I want to get a dress watch. My budget was originally $200 and under, so I was looking at Fossils, Timex, Tommy Hilfiger, and others on Amazon. I went to a shop near me and tried a Tissot PR 100, which retails for $350 online, and it felt amazing. I went in not thinking I would like the metal band, as I was leaning more towards leather bands, but it felt amazing. I then went to another store and tried on a Seiko Essentials with a metal bracelet, which also retails for $350 online. One thing I really like about some Fossil watches is being able to see the mechanism inside the watch, which the Seiko doesn’t offer.
