For the last two years my neighbor has been letting his Grapevine grow on my fence. I haven't ever really talked to him because I come off as aggressive and rude so I haven't said anything to him about it but every time his Grapevine starts to grow on my fence I rip it off and throw it in his yard. It's getting to the point it's so annoying I really wish I could stop it, how would I go about addressing my neighbor about this? I own my property he rents the house next to me. How can I tell him to move it to another location?
