Concerned about pain in lower legs

Hi all,

I started running again after a year and it's been 3 months. Initially I was just running 2 miles every other day and recently I started with a half marathon training. This includes two weekday runs at 2 miles currently and Saturday long runs. I did my 6 mile long run last weekend. Recently I have been experiencing pain in the lower legs inside of shins just above ankles. The area feels very tight. Need some advice on if this is something concerning or is it ok for me to continue with the training program. 2 years back when I trained for a half I had a slightly different issue where I had pain in my ankles and I did not finish my half marathon as expected. It took me 3 hrs and my goal was 2.30 - 2.45.
