So I got an pre-invitation for 491 pathyway 2 on system administrator role. Was really happy and excited about it until I had a chat to a migration lawyer today who flagged I have some discrepancies in my EOI (I put through my EOI myself) so they didn’t know earlier. I claimed 10 points for work experience but the role title in my EOI is netwrk administratr for sys admin EOI. I was under the impression that the title doesn’t matter as long as you get the roles and responsibilities right which easily matches with the sys admin’s but turns out it makes a huge difference which is one thing. And another is my salary is comparatively low than the markets for the given role which is around 75k and starting was 63k three years back. They mentioned these two things could be a setback for our nomination. At this point I am just confused whether i should even apply for nomination if there is high risk. Can’t decide how to go about this. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
