Hey guys I take about 100-200 MIT in gummies and I’m new to kratom— Usually do a few days on and a few days off but I just started

Is this enough of a dosage to develop withdrawl symptoms ? I think I’m starting to feel sluggish on my first off day , but not sure if that’s reason why - is that common or is that a low enough dose ?

What’s a good dose and time to avoid withdrawal ? Thank
