My wife is out of town so I got to make stuff on my bucket list. The recipe was for Til Tikka , but i was out of sesame seeds so crushed peanuts were the alternative. It was GOOD. The tikka is lightly battered and comes with a spicy, nutty, breading that is delicious. This was my first time making kulcha too, but it came out really good and soft.
Pork was on sale where I live so we used tandoori marinade with mint chutney, veg salad, fruit with cinnamon sugar, and homemade naans. Delicious. Two people ate half of it in one night. We could've eaten it whole.
