A Japanese (I think) horror movie I watched when I was too young (around 10 or so in 1999). Full colour. All I remember was a scene where a woman's head came off with the hair standing out on ends, all spikey and flew across the room (or down a hall?) towards someone.
It scarred me for life. I need to watch again for closure.
