Lenovo Linux Bug

So my PC was a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14IIL05 (i5 10th Gen, Windows), and it was working fine. I wanted to switch to Zorin OS, so I used a bootable USB and installed it. The first time I logged in, the system froze and I had to hard reset it. After that, whenever I tried to boot, it would just show a black screen.

I opened the back cover, disconnected the battery connector for a bit, removed the RAM, then put everything back, and it started working again. But after a few minutes, it would freeze, the screen would start glitching, and I’d have to hard reset it again.

So I decided to go back to Windows. I plugged in my bootable Windows USB and started the installation, but during the disk partition step, the installer froze and the screen started glitching again, forcing another hard reset.

What could be causing this problem?
