Cash benefits were loaded onto the card as usual and never had any trouble withdrawing money. However the past two days ive gone to bankofamerica and chase and both had the same error message. It says something about cannot complete the transaction due to technicial difficulties. It wasn't a problem with the atm because I used my debit card and got money just to see if that was the issue.
The card is not locked. The funds are definitely on there I checked the app.
