Fidelity credit card by Elan, cash advance for PayPal Goods & Services payment?
Basically the title, bought something using fidelity credit card through PayPal goods & services without thinking, should’ve used my fidelity debit card to be better safe than sorry.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if it was treated as a cash advance by elan?
