I am a 22 year old male, ~220lbs and 6ft. I stopped smoking back in January, but I used to be a heavy smoker several times a day. I work out about 3-4 times a week.

I have been testing myself for THC quite frequently over the past month. I didn’t even start to see a negative line on the test until this week. The line is very faint, but it is there. My test is on Friday. Should I be concerned? Are the lab tests more sensitive than the home tests?
