I know it officially says arranged by the instructor later on but what is the latest possible exam or what days could it range from, does anyone know?

Hi, I submitted by choices way before the deadline, now when I check the selection page it says its past the deadline and all that but none of my choices show up. Is it supposed to be like that? I'm paranoid and second guessing if I submitted correctly rn.
