Trying to fully recomp and turn my life around. I’m a 30 year old. I had my first child 6 years ago and had really let myself go since. I’m Currently 5 weeks into my journey. First 2 photos were day 1 fasted. Second photo was this morning post breakfast. My fat was super dense and heavy in the first photos. Second seems to have softened a lot. Which seems to be a good thing.

Reta 2mg weekly
Tesa 1mg daily (Nights)
Cjc/ipa blend. 500mcg daily (Mornings)
BPC157 500mcg daily

I’m adding motsc ghk and more than likely a low dose daily subq test in the next 2 weeks.

Side effects are basically 0. Some post pin stinging and the CJC ipa gives me a hardcore face flush.

Diet is pretty dialed in between 1750-1800 cals a day 180-190g protein 90-110g carbs (training dependent) 50-60g fat no cheat meals and honestly don’t care to have one.
