Reminder that you are allowed to have Consent
Yes, we work in the service industry. Yes, we work in the porn/sex work industry. Yes, we are expressing ourselves in a sexual manner. And yes, we can still say No.
Models, you are allowed to have consent to shows, performances, actions, what they show you. You are allowed to have boundaries and standards and non-negotiables. You are allowed to enjoy your performances and enjoy your time on cam.
Our industry is so vast and saturated with so many models that enjoy so many different things. You are allowed to have YOUR thing and it doesn't have to be everything. You don't have to (and should not) be doing things that make you sick, make you uncomfortable, or harm you in anyway. No amount of money is worth that kind of weight on you. And it will never be sustainable or profitable in the ways you want it to be if you are not giving yourself consent to what you are performing.
Please make your cam room a place you feel safe in. Please make your calls safe and enjoyable for both the client AND you. It is okay if you say no to a client that wants you to do something you don't want to do. It's okay to say that you don't enjoy something to the client.
You are allowed to be comfortable. You are allowed to have consent. You are allowed to have fun!
