I just got prescribed phentermine 37.5 and I know it acts like a stimulant and I’m on day one and already feeling the jitters, my question is how long the medication lasts for the day, I work an office job so not much moving around while I’m at work 5:30am-2:00pm, will I still have the energy to exercise by the time I get home which is around 3:30pm, what has been yalls experience?

I just got prescribed phentermine to aid in my weightloss. I understand it’s kinda similar to a stimulant, now my question is how long does the 37.5 dose last for the day? I work an office job 5:30am-2:00pm and most my day is sitting in the office, I’m on day one of the medicine and I do feel the jitters but I’m wondering if it will last until I get home from work and will I still have the energy to go exercise?
