Gray triangles (yes I read the most commonly asked questions post & about them)
Hi! I read the most commonly asked questions post about the gray triangles. However, my question is a little different. I have been in Vine almost a year and a half. The last review period I was running behind and just caught up with my reviews in time to continue to be gold - so I did not want to bother customer service at the time because I was concerned it might affect my Vine status. I am a few weeks away from my evaluation -- I have order over 80 items and I am working on catching my reviews up to get to over 90 percent. However, in the list of items that are "Awaiting Review" I have 5 gray triangle items (that I of course cannot review). Two of them are from 2025 which is from my last review period, and three of them are from 2025/2026 which is during this review period. Can I still get the really old ones and the "current" ones removed from my list of items "Awaiting Review"? And my next question is "how do I do that?" I ask that because when I was first in Vine and received a damaged product, I contacted "regular Amazon customer service via phone" and they had no idea what I was talking about. I gave up and just kept the damaged product. Since then, I have never contacted Amazon about anything related to Vine items. Is there a separate customer service number? Is it online only? I appreciate your insights. Thank you so much!!
