Hey guys! So I’ve had this Dexter cheese/cabbage knife for quite some time, the handle had snapped off and they were going to throw it away but I could not let that happen 😂.
As I’ve gotten more into the knife hobby as a whole I’m thinking about turning this into something a lot more useful. The ideas I’ve had so far are a K-Tip Gyuto style knife or maybe even a small cleaveresque workhorse.
Lots of length to play with, had the idea of even cutting it off just above the handle and grinding it down to fit a wa handle, but I also don’t mind keeping the handle as is and focusing on the rest of the knife.
Again, this is my literal first time doing this so I’m super open to all ideas, thanks in advance guys! I’ve got access to grinders, belt sanders and all that also.
