I am finding outlooks support system to simply be atrocious. Does anyone know the best way to actually talk to someone who could help me?

I am having trouble gaining access to a student account that I set up. I assist with a Graduation options program where I set up outlook emails that exclusively receive emails, either from the Hi-set options program or from redcrosslearning center when I do CPR certification.
Every password is generally the same, but I may have had a typo when setting up the account. The issue is that the tight securities system that outlook has asks for information on sent emails, and we do not send emails from these accounts, and every attempt to talk with anyone for support gets me running head first into rediculous AI programs that give me no helpful information what so ever, and send me in circle.
