Ragehackers are not getting banned
I've noticed more and more obvious hackers in the last few weeks and I think it's not a coincidence.
I encountered a ragehacker in my team while solo queueing a few days ago and to my surprise my team agreed to kick him. Even though he somehow could come back every round, we still kept kicking him and in the end played 4v5 and lost in overtime. I was satisfied that at least the hacker had a bad time.
I decided to check the match again and HE IS STILL NOT BANNED at 30k rating. His games are basically just all 13:0 and similar. Here is his leetify profile:

How is this guy not getting banned yet? Can it be more obvious? Valve, please stop messing around and do something about this.
This post might get removed because of singleing out 1 hacker, but I don't care as long as some people get to see what valve is allowing to happen.
