I have my mobile contract and TV/broadband contract with EE. This month I noticed my tv/b bill was £30 more expensive than usual. When I enquired they said it was because Im now out of contract. Buy to my surprise they have told me if I was to renew with everything I currently have... 500mb fibre and full TV package it would cost £138 rather than the £104 I have paid for the past two years. Seems a steep increase and thought after being a customer for 8 years and a mobile customer for 12 years I thought some loyalty discount would apply what's the best way of going about a new plan?
