So I did the Meta Digital Marketing Associate course and stuff and now I'm looking to work with some small hotels in my country to run their Meta Ads but I know these people likely don't want to spend much money since they're on the lower end and people here are cheap.

That being said, what is the lowest I should recommend they go with their ad spend? Since they're hotels we'll likely be advertising to the US/UK for context.
