Class C RV. I'm looking for INSIDE blackout shades for windshield and side cab door windows. I'm finding tons of the outside ones, no inside. No crazy installments either, we don't want to ruin the rv. Would love to get the full one like they have for the outside, but for the inside... Do they make those? What's everyone using?
I had ct which is suggestive of crohns but I'm supposed to have a colonoscopy soon. My pain usually starts in the morning after bm... keep in mind I always have normally formed bms daily 1-3 xs a day, no constipation. But my pain will begin when i wake up then worsen after bm... it's like every other day my pain is bad and it starts in the morning... a bad day the pain will linger all day.. I always have a mild ache in left lower abdomen. Recently started with right lower. Do I need to focus on what I ate the day before? I thought yesterday was a good day, no bad pain but then today bam bad pain 😞
Left lower abd pain, sometimes stabbing, mostly just aching every day for the past year. I have been Vegan 8 yrs. I eat whole foods and gluten free. Oil free, low fat. I eat a variety of foods, my bloodowork is perfect, LDL is 68! I'm active, 42 yr old female . I have normal daily stools 1-2 xs a day, no hard stools, no diarrhea, etc. Had a CT done and it's suggestive of ibd: Questionable wall thickening seen in terminal ileal segment. Clinical correlation is recommended as this may be seen with inflammatory bowel disease. In that area of bowel is usually Crohns problems..... idk just seems crazy how I get well over the daily fiber and don't eat processed foods (very rarely I do). Does any other vegans here have bowel disorders of this type whom eat like I do?
I have to do a CT early Friday morning. Have to drink 1 bottle of the barium sulfate (they call it Readi-cat) stuff the night before and another bottle before the test for abdominal CT, checking intestines etc. Anyone have constipation after drinking this?
Last year my LDL was 74 I just had my annual bloodwork done and it's now 67... I have been Vegan for 8 years and eat mostly whole foods oil free, gluten free. What I have changed is in the passed maybe 5 months I've been consuming psyllium husk powder daily. At least a teaspoon in smoothies, protein hot chocolate etc. I also put it in my baked goods like cakes and cookies. So if you're having trouble lowering your cholesterol maybe try it. I get it from Amazon, it's flavorless. And also I've started taking vegan Omega 3 capsules daily, but only been taking for about 3 1/2 weeks. I'm 42, female.
42 years old. Let me start from the beginning. I've been having pain in my left lower abdomen every day for the past year. Thought it was my ovary (I've had previous cysts). It's usually just a dull aching, but sometimes is a bad ache and sharp pain. Worse around my period, worse after intercourse, worse after high intensity exercises or sit ups... have very heavy painful periods, so I went to my gyno because within the passed 2 months the pain has become very bad. Did an abdominal and Trans vaginal ultrasound gyno said everything was fine and pretty much all else she could do was prescribe birth control for the pain. Went to my pcp today and he thinks I "have a touch" of diverticulitis and ordered a CT... I do have some stomach discomfort sometimes. I have a gluten intolerance (some things make me very bloated, pain and constipation) especially to vital wheat gluten. I have been Vegan for 8 years and have been eating whole foods, oil free and gluten free for 6 years (but not extremely strict, I like junk food like everyone). I eat TONS of fiber daily including veggies, nuts, seeds, fruits, beans, legumes, oats... I also probably for the past 5 months been consuming psyllium husk daily. I have 1-3 bowel movements a day, always formed and usually never constipated, no blood or mucus or anything like that. Medicine I take is b12, Vegan vitamin D and Omega 3, also Tylenol and ibuprofen for pain.. I drink coffee daily.
So sick of going through a long survey and then them saying I wasn't a match! Went through a 25 min survey just for them to say that and I've had others at like 10-15 mins long and they then say I'm not a match!
