I’m feeling so defeated

I’m a FTM, 38w pregnant GBS+.
I’ve been 2cm dilated 50% effaced -3 station since at least 35w, where I was hospitalized with severe contractions and no progression for 4 days due to a GBS UTI.
I’ve been given the OK to start at 36w to try and progress dilation at home, through miles circuit, exercise, etc.

I’ve so far done the miles circuit 2x, exercised on the birthing ball, walked EVERYWHERE, and drank raspberry leaf tea every day. The past 2 nights we’ve also done “the baby dance”, and I pumped 2ml of colostrum last night.
The first “baby dance” caused extremely painful contractions 20 minutes after, but of course tapered off after 4 hours.
I have uterine irritability so I’ve been consistently contracting for the last 3 weeks and I’m exhausted to say the least, and now my BP has been elevated for at least 2 readings so I’m on watch for gestational hypertension.

After everything I’ve done to try to progress the prodromal labor, there is no change in my cervix, dilation, or station. I am feeling so defeated. They won’t allow for an elective induction until 41 weeks. At this point I just give up and hope baby comes soon.
