Fridge model

My fridge broke the other day, trying to figure out if I should repair or replace.

The freezer is working, but no air flow to the fridge compartment. Fridge is sitting at 16 C. Could be a broken evaporator fan.

Does anyone know the make/model? I've scoured the fridge for stickers but can't find any.
