Just got prompt to update to 1.40 from 1.38 - allowed process to run and reboot. Now my passcode, which worked up to today, is showing 'incorrect'.

1. Is this a known bug?
2. Is there a default hard coded passcode in the firmware update?
3. Not having a VIWoods account, does this meant I have to flash the device via a customer support case?
