I bought some earbuds, the seller shipped them. Aliexpress tracking still shows them as being in transit two weeks later, however parcelsapp shows them as being returned for whatever reason.

I asked the seller about it, and they suggested that I open a dispute. But what worries me is they say I should say the "Item was received in full" when opening a dispute. I never received it, that seems suspicious. Additionally, shouldn't AliExpress be the ones handling refunds, and not the seller?
