Looking for a female flatmate in a 3BHK
Hi! I'm moving out and looking for a female replacement for my room, starting August, in a spacious semi-furnished 3BHK in a well-maintained gated society.
Monthly fixed costs:
Rent (including maintenance): ~21k (Will slightly increase as the lease renews in August. Last increase was ~5%)
Security deposit: 37k
Furniture/appliance rental (sofa, dining table, fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc.): ~1.5k/person
Maid + cook: ~4.3k/person
The flat comes with ACs, wardrobes, and geysers. I also have some appliances/furniture (desk, chair, bed, bedside table, lamp, cupboard, book/makeup shelf, heater, etc.), bought in the last 1-2 years, which I'm happy to sell.
There are two balconies, the room gets lots of sunlight and the society is safe, green and beautiful.
Apart from the above, you'll share electricity, groceries, and other utility expenses.
