I have never finished during sex as a man and I’m looking for advice.
As the title says, I am a young man (20 years old) and I have never been able to reach an orgasm during sex.
I can always reach an orgasm when I watch porn and Masturbate, which makes me believes I can during sex but I seem to lack the proper stimulation.
For context, I wouldn’t say I’m asexual, but maybe that’s a misinterpretation of the identity from my perspective. I can still get aroused and achieve an errection from my sexual partners, but the act of sex itself can never satisfy me to a point of climax.
I’ve seen online that many people claim this is due to the “death grip” and “porn induced sexual dysfunction” but I have never seen any claims of this truly working, let alone a lot of people who adopt this and then can orgasm with partners after removing porn and changing masturbation habits.
I have cut down my porn consumption, I went from everyday to maybe once a week, my longest steak without touching myself was 1 month.
But I find this hasn’t necessarily helped in my case, I still don’t feel much when having sex, and it’s like I need my hand to finish the job.
Of course, I could be wrong, and I just need to remove porn and masturbation completely before I can reach that level. For example, when I masturbate, it’s usually without any lube, and usually very fast and maybe tighter than what I would feel inside of a vagina.
I have been reading online about maybe using a cock ring, but I am still confused on how that would help with stimulation, the vibration looks like it may help, but it also states that the tightness itself helps make the glands more sensitive.

Edit: for clarification, I can usually get what’s called “blue ballsed” sometimes after sex or if there’s a lot of foreplay without sex ever occurring. This has happened to me multiple times, which leads me to believe I can achieve an orgasm, just in need of advice e
