Hello FACEIT Admins,
I am requesting a manual review of Ticket #13215552. The reported player committed severe Zero Tolerance violations, but the first line of support closed the ticket, and the player only received a standard 7-day ban (presumably for general verbal abuse).
This is not a simple toxicity case. Here is the evidence:

The player typed "biji kurddistan", which is a recognized terrorist slogan and extreme political provocation/hate speech targeting national integrity.

In the voice chat, the player committed severe religious hate speech by heavily cursing Allah and explicitly saying "fucking muslim shits". (Note: Since the CS2 demo UI is bugged and does not show speaker names, please check your backend server voice logs for Round 13 to verify the transmission).
A standard 7-day toxicity ban is completely insufficient for this level of religious discrimination and terrorist propaganda. I respectfully ask a Community Manager or Senior Admin to manually review this ticket and apply the appropriate long-term/permanent ban under your Zero Tolerance policy.
