Is there a way to make the phone stop spamming this shit at me? It's not only "reduce screen timeout", there are others that just appear every now and again and i just have to swipe them away because I won't reduce my damn screen timeout or whatever else these dumb notifications prompt me to do, ffs.

Edit: Ok, I think I might have figured it out. The notification says "Device health services" in the title, so when I went into "Digital wellbeing" in Settings and selected "Manage notifications", there was an option to disable notifications from this "Device health services" thing. Hopefully, that'll do.
