I've only had HP and Canon in the past. I am so disappointed that I ever strayed from those brands.

I've had this Epson printer for 2 months. It has errors multiple times a day EVERY SINGLE DAY where I have to cancel documents in queue so it can fix the issue. It doesn't recognize papers in the ADF scanner. It says the paper is out, and I refill it 20 times before it recognizes it. It feels like everything has to be "just so" in order for it to work correctly.

I am wasting so much time "fixing" things that it has become a total time suck instead of making my life easier.

Never again will I buy an Epson, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

It's only a little over 2 months old. I shipped the new one back to them after it started having printing issues, and they shipped me this refurbished one in its place. Is there any chance of sending this back and getting my money refunded? I'm totally over dealing with Epson.

I know we can email them and ask, but I don't want to bug them too much and be annoying. ;)

For assets - do we list the value of our 401K's?

Also - our cars are old. How in the world am I supposed to remember what the purchase price of our cars were?

If there is a chance my daughter is going to a different college than what she originally listed, does she warn them now or just not worry about it until after she makes a decision? (She hasn't committed yet, but this info is due prior to the May 1st deadline for choosing a school.)

Thanks for any help you can give.
