Wheels stolen after 2 weeks

Man, feels bad even typing this, but posting this for my brother and give everyone a heads up.
My brother got a brand new 2025 Camry SE like two weeks ago. Love the car, but since his real tags haven't came in yet( they were set to come in this week) , our apartment complex made him park in visitor parking even though our family has lived here for 6+ years.
The visitor lot is all the way in the back by the pool where nobody can see anything. I went to the office a few times to renew his temporary pass and kept telling them it made zero sense to keep shoving him back there when we've been loyal tenants forever. They just nodded and brushed me off every time.
Fast forward to 5:40 AM today (on my mom's birthday) my brother walks in and all 4 wheels are completely gone. Car is sitting on some yellow thing.
We filed a police report and insurance is taking care of it. About a 1,000 flat deductible they said. But when we went to the front office at 8:30, the lady couldn't even look us in the eye. Just shrugged, hit us with "this happens everywhere," and said she'd look at camera footage whenever she gets a chance. But I did end up speaking to the officer on scene he said he will be here to collect the footage so that’s some good news. Any recommendations for wheels or any type of locks? Thank you all in advance.

Any thoughts on what this is?

Been using bandaids every time I cover it and check like an hour later it’s a mixture of liquid and blood. The blood mark recently came like a few weeks back

Would an accelerated program which would give me a masters in health science and bachelors in public health be beneficial?

So I’ll be majoring in public health this school year but in about 3 semesters I’ll be available to apply for the accelerated masters in health science and public health program. Would that be a good idea If I want to work in public health in the future or no?
