Sometimes when I need a break from grinding I load up a normal offline game, sub all of the position players out, sub in pitchers at all positions until the bench is empty, then switch teams and repeat. Turn error sliders all the way up and then take control of the pitcher and set difficulty to GOAT so they never strike out
